Joyrides Rescue works hard to find the perfect home for all of the dogs and cats in our care. Below is an overview of the adoption process - it's easier than you think!

Just complete pages 1-4 of the adoption application* and return to us at [email protected] or fax to (832) 553-7633.


There are three ways to complete this PDF application:
1. Print, complete by hand and fax to 832-553-7633 (please make sure it is legible)
2. Print, complete by hand, scan in and email to [email protected]
3. Complete using Adobe Acrobat Reader*, save and email to [email protected]

*HOW TO COMPLETE AN ADOBE FORM
The adoption application is an Adobe PDF Fillable Form and must be completed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. The fields will not save using the native Mac PDF reader or other programs or apps that your laptop, tablet or smartphone may use to view PDFs. In order to complete the form, please take the following steps:  
  1. Save the file to your desktop
  2. Launch Adobe Acrobat Reader
  3. File>Open
  4. Fill in the fields
  5. File>Save As
 We recommend you fill in a couple of fields, save and reopen to make sure it is saving your information! The app should be completed on a desktop or laptop – it most likely will not work on a tablet or phone.
